What you will need
- Download the app Zoom from us the free version is enough
- Find a space at home to practice where you can see your device and be seen by me
- If you haven’t got a yoga mat you may need a blanket or towel for the floor work
- Pillow or cushion
- Belt or tie to use as a yoga strap/belt
- Block or use a cushion or book or maybe even a tin or 2
