Yoga classes can be very different. Some focus purely on postures. They can be flowing with lots of movement, drills or a specific set sequence of postures every time you practice.
Why is each Yoga Class different?
Every Yoga Teacher (Yogi) is different in the way that they teach, in relation to their life experience, training preference and interests. There are multiple different styles of Yoga taught across the world and each Yogi brings their own flavour to the classes too.
As an established and experienced Holistic Therapist, I’m interested in using different areas of yoga alongside my therapy skills to help each student have the best experience, helping to improve lives wherever I can. You will always receive some breathwork and relaxation in a class alongside the more physical aspects.
I’m super sensitive and work very intuitively, I enjoy and I’m readily available to adapt to the needs of the individuals in the room.
Generally, I have an insight about what’s required on my journey to teach and I’ve learned to trust my instincts.
I’m excited to have an opportunity to share my yoga in a space that has a wonderful, supportive, soothing vibe and holds many happy memories for me (I even met my husband at the Sea Cadets building).

Restorative Yoga 2 hour Mini Retreat

Restorative yoga supports the body in relaxing positions and unlike Yin, there’s no stretch, strain or stress on the muscles or joints. The body is wonderfully supported with blankets, cushions, pillows, bolsters and eye pillows.
