A 40 minute Pranayama practise followed by a relaxation.
This guided Pranayama session will guide you through Ujjayi breathing followed by Nadi Sodhana (Alternate nostril breathing)
You will then be taken through a guided relaxation. (There is a possibility you may fall asleep during the session.)
Do not listen to this recording when driving or any time that you need to be consciously alert
Use this mini Yoga session when you need to relax and let go of the busy mind chatter and let go of tension in your mind and body.
